The locking means of the separated stacks on the conveyor are infinite clamping straps 44 and 45 located above the conveyor belts 10. The rear deflecting rollers 48 of the clamping belts 44 and 45 are strengthened to swing in the rocker arms 49, which can be raised and lowered using piston devices 50. When using devices, there is no need for special clamping or lifting means for the separation section, since in it the stack of packages is fixed (Figures 8 and 9).
The exemplary embodiment of the device according to FIGS. 3 and 9 is substantially simplified / since in order to ensure the position of the stack 11, both immediately after stacking and during separation and alternate removal, it is necessary to provide only one pair of clamping straps 44 and 45, which interact with the effect of clamping with the transport branches of the transport tapes 10.
It is also possible to refuse positioning holes provided in the central region of flat objects or double bags. Instead, in this case, the stacking pins are also made as heated needles, on which objects are strung. The stacking pins preferably consist of heated needles, on which objects are strung without prior perforation.
The device works as follows.
In the separation section II, in order to lift the side parts of the stack 11 of the bags hanging down, first, using the piston devices 31, the support combs 29 and 30 are rotated into the transport plane so that the stacks 11 are oriented in the transport plane. After the support comb is rotated, the side roller combs 35 and 36 are rotated, so that the support combs 29 and 30 can then be folded backwards (Fig. 6). After dividing the double stack into separate stacks, the latter are clamped between the side support strips 40 and 41 and the upper clamping elements 42 and 43 (Fig. 7). Folding support combs 29 and 30 and roller combs 35 and 36 allow during the transportation of the stack divided in the middle part to introduce the next stack into the separation section II. For this purpose, after the roller comb is raised to the position between the teeth of the support comb, the support ridges are lowered to the beams 21 and 22. There is a gap between the ends of the raised rollers of the roller comb and the support combs folded down (or beams 21, 22) that is greater than the height the stack to be separated, i.e. the piles can be inserted into this gap with their downward hanging sides and move freely to the separation section II, since the gaps between the ends of the raised rollers of the roller comb and the folded support combs are quite wide. If the pre-stack is retracted, the roller comb 35 and 36 are also folded back, so that as a result of removing the support comb, the side portions of the roller comb 35 and 36. Thereafter, the roller comb is retracted so that after cutting, individual stacks can be withdrawn.
Folding and retractable roller and support combs, therefore, allow, in turn, to raise stacks 11 that follow each other closely to the separation section II into their horizontal position, to separate and retract them.
After a predetermined number of double bags are mounted on the fixing pins 4 and 5 with the help of the support arms 3, the supply of the bags is stopped for a short time. The rack pan 13 with the locking pins 4 and 5 is lowered, as a result of which the piles 11 freely lie with the side portions hanging downwards on the conveyor belt 10.
